Blu-E™ is the energy that will reactivate your life force to the center of your being, your Soul's true essence. It is the center of all possibilities within yourself. This energy is sometimes known as your “Chi Potential”. We are all born with an Inner Light, but due to time and circumstances this “Inner Light” gets dimmed and we continue to live without knowing what our full potential is. Wouldn’t it be nice if we can switch on that Inner Light to its fullness? With Blu-E™, you CAN quickly ‘re-activate’ your inner life force to its fullness. This reactivation energy is channeled through Holly to you.

The human energy field (the aura) is a complex combination of overlapping, vibrating, energy wave patterns. This means that all our real-life problems are also vibrating wave patterns of energy flowing through us at different frequencies. Frequencies can be changed as easily as we change the frequency or station on a radio or TV.

Holly is clairsentient, sensitive to touch. By placing her hands physically or astrally above a person's skin surface or lightly touching it, she is able to detect the grid or matrix of tiny lines and wave-like patterns of energy emitting from the body's energy field. This allows her access to your subconscious thoughts, feelings, memories, and patterns. She is also clairvoyant, having inner vision, and is able to see and detect imbalances within the energy field. Holly can then change, release or re-pattern these frequencies by using the Blu-E™ method, shifting imbalances to improve the flow of energy, allowing you to heal mind, body, and soul.

We have five layers of energy bodies. They are physical, etheric, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Its outer shape appears egg-shaped and normally extends out about two to three feet beyond the physical body, depending on the situation the person is experiencing.

The Five Energy Body Layers:

• The PHYSICAL ENERGY BODY is the densest form of energy. The vibrational patterns of the physical body are of a frequency low enough to be experienced by everyone with our five senses.

• The ETHERIC ENERGY BODY is the physical body's blueprint. Traumas to the physical body are reflected in the etheric body. Energy therapy restores the etheric energy body back to its original vibrational pattern which existed prior to the trauma, enabling healing of the traumatic events to the physical body.

• The EMOTIONAL ENERGY BODY contains the emotional patterns, feelings, and vibrations that determine our personality, and also how we feel about ourselves and interact with others. If we are consistently fearful, constantly angry or always feel helpless, these patterns or vibrations get locked in our emotional energy field and become a part of our personality.

• The MENTAL ENERGY BODY contains the structure and patterns of all the thoughts and belief systems that we consider true. There is a very strong connection between the mental and emotional bodies. Although a thought or idea can in itself be very powerful, our reactions to those thoughts carry even more energy. The emotional body records the intensity of the reaction to the thought stored in the mental body.

• The SPIRITUAL ENERGY BODY contains all the information related to our experiences and reflects our consciousness of all that has been learned and experienced. It contains our higher intentions, our sense of what is right and wrong, and our desire to increase our awareness of our purpose, place, and mission for this lifetime.

Most of us react to challenging situations and unpleasant experiences in our lives with anger, insecurity, or fear, never realizing that we create what we experience. Blocking our feelings stops a great deal of our natural energy flow. This will result in a malfunction of our body's system and will be expressed as dis-ease, discomfort, lack of energy, fear, or an emotional imbalance. By improving the energy flow, healing can take place.

Come to your appointment virtually or in-person wearing comfortable, loose-fitted clothes. After initially speaking with Holly for a brief interview, you will be asked to sit down in a comfortable chair, table, or bed. While relaxing with your eyes closed, soothing music and sounds will be playing in the background. Holly will attune herself to your energy field. She will then lightly place her hands on your shoulders to ground you to sense the Blu-Energy flow. At the same time, she will transmit healing energy through her and you will feel as an unusual amount of warmth or heat radiating from her hands.

During your session, you may enter a deep relaxation - allowing you to relax into sleep. You may experience dream-like images or past memories due to the energy blockages being released. Some clients even feel sensations of energy flowing throughout their bodies. All of these experiences promote natural healing.

After the energy healing session, Holly will explain to you all the blockages and distortions she has felt in your energy field and explain to you what it means. She will provide you with insight into what your negative thought patterns are, how they are negatively affecting you today, and what new thought patterns would be helpful to use in order to avoid these blockages from returning.
